What to Expect...
Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church meets at 10:00 AM each Sunday morning and 5:30 each Sunday evening. As of December 19, 2021, Good Shepherd is meeting in its new church building at 708 Nichols Rd, Kalamazoo, MI 49006.
The Bible determines how our church worships. When our church meets, we sing the Bible, pray the Bible, and proclaim the Bible. We primarily sing historic hymns and modern songs with gospel-rich lyrics. Good Shepherd values expositional (expository) preaching from the Bible. So it should be no surprise that the sermons reflect the rich reformed and Presbyterian doctrines of historical Bible-believing churches that have come before us. Like other good churches in Kalamazoo, the focus of our Sunday services isn't on skilled musicians, coffee, or human traditions. Our focus is on the gospel of Christ. Our aim is to worship and glorify God.

We have a well-equipped nursery service where children 0-3 years old can come during the worship service. This being said, we still welcome and encourage families to bring their young children to participate in the Sunday worship services.
Unlike many other churches in Kalamazoo, Good Shepherd's evening services are distinct from morning services, marked by a separate sermon series. Meeting morning and evening is a key way we can set apart one day out of seven to join together and rest our hearts in Christ.
