With Biblical Substance
We are a church committed to robust and careful Biblical teaching and to prayer.
For God's Glory
The aim of our worship - and everything we do - is God's glory.
For God's People
We aim to be a church community where we equip, exhort, and encourage one another toward a Christ-centered life.
With Reverence and Joy
We aim to worship God with serious reverence and with profound joy as we revel in how we have been saved through Christ!
We aim for content and style that is understandable, excellent, and undistracting.
A Bible-Saturated Philosophy of Church:
Our church aims to worship God in the manner He desires to be worshiped, which he has revealed to us in the Holy Bible. Therefore, our church has a simple service focused on faithfully preaching the Bible and humble worship according to His Word. We sing God's Word in biblically and theologically substantial songs. We pray God's Word in prayers of adoration, confession, and intercession. We see God's Word as we participate in the Sacraments. And we enjoy God's people as we fellowship together at church and throughout the week. It is our expectation and prayer that as our church worships in joyful submission to God's Word in the Bible, we will glorify our God, exhort and edify God's people, and direct unbelievers to salvation in Christ.
Kids in Good Shepherd's Worship Service
Though we provide nursery for children ages 0-4, we also welcome children of all ages into our services. Our church maintains that it is our privilege to teach our kids at a young age to pray, engage with the Bible, and live a life of gratitude and worship.
