For God's Glory
The aim of our worship - and everything we do - is God's glory.
For the Good of God's People
We seek to equip, exhort, and encourage one another in the gospel so we are prepared to follow Christ.
With Reverence and Joy
We take God and His Word seriously, yet our reverence must be accompanied with joy when we realize how God has saved us through Christ!
With Biblical Substance
As a church committed to the preaching of God's Word and prayer, we carefully expound the Bible so that the gospel can be clearly known and fully enjoyed.
We aim for content and style that is understandable, excellent and undistracting.
Good Shepherd's Philosophy of Worship:
We aim to worship God as in the manner that wants to be worshiped, as he has revealed to us in the Bible. This means we have a simple service focused on the faithful teaching of God's Word, songs and prayers of adoration and confession, and time for fellowship. It is our hope and prayer that you will find the worship service to be undistracting and effective for drawing your attention to the Lord and increasing your love for Him and your confidence in His Word.
